For patients who have never visited us. If you have, ask the desk for your portal access instead.

National ID: 10 digits starting with 1; Iqama: starting with 2. The desk checks the document at your first visit.

18 years or older (a parent registers a child at the desk)
A Saudi mobile such as 05XXXXXXXX, or a number starting with +
Your account
An email address such as name@example.com
We send a verification code to this address.
Choose something you will remember - press the eye to check it.
  • At least 8 characters
  • Not a common password, such as 12345678 or password1
  • Not your name, ID number, mobile or email

You must be 18 or older to register yourself; a parent registers a child at the desk. Your data is kept in the clinic's own patient record system under the Personal Data Protection Law.
